More About Me

Hi, I'm Abigail!

I was born in raised in small-town Nebraska. I grew up under endless blue skies, surrounded by cornfields, foot hills, dirt roads, and evergreen trees. 

I spent my sophomore year of high school at a boarding school in California, where I studied creative writing and made three incredible friends. 

Now I am living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with my mom and my fraternal twin sister. I work at a social media management company and spend my free time reading, writing, learning about education, drinking tea, watching New Girl, daydreaming of thunderstorms, and reciting this Mary Oliver poem in my head whenever I'm sad. 

I started this blog because I was inspired by other blogs that I had read. I was inspired by the way in which they made me feel so connected to people I had never met. I loved reading about another person's day-to-day life, the things that inspired her, the dreams, the sadnesses. 

I am still finding my way in the world of blogging, but I hope you find some inspiration here.
